On a scale of 1 to 5, how informative did you find the nutrition and supplementation portion? (the presentation by Tim Walsh)
Not Informative at All: The participant did not find the seminar informative or valuable. It did not meet their expectations, and they felt they did not gain any new knowledge.
Slightly Informative: The participant found the seminar somewhat informative, but there were significant gaps or areas where they felt they did not learn much.
Moderately Informative: The participant found the seminar moderately informative. While they gained some new knowledge, there were still areas they felt could have been covered in more detail or with greater clarity.
