This is your chance to connect directly with Chelsea or Tim for a focused, one-on-one conversation.
 

A consultation call can be used to:
 

  • Ask specific questions about nutrition, supplementation, or performance.

  • Get feedback on challenges you’re facing.

  • Talk through strategies that fit your situation.

  • Get advice on coaching other athletes or developing your own coaching practice.
     

These are standalone calls. You don’t need to commit to ongoing coaching. Some people book just once, others come back when they need extra support.
