GET TO KNOW ME
My name is Tim and I'm pumped you're here. I've spent my entire life bodybuilding and now it's time to share that with the world. I started when I was 16 years old and overweight, and made it my mission to know as much as possible about muscle growth, nutrition, supplementation, coaching, and just helping people with their fitness goals in general.
This is my very first program and I’m extremely excited to share with you some of my favorite techniques that I’ve learned over the years to keep hypertrophy training fun, safe, and above all, effective. If you are looking for clarity and guidance on how to build muscle with very specific techniques, as if I was standing right there coaching you, you’ve come to the right place.
During this 12-week program, you will be exposed to techniques such as drop sets, cluster sets, iso-holds, band tension, and partial reps. All with the idea in mind to dramatically elevate your
ability to stimulate growth while training safely and within your means of recovery.
